Our client is looking for a Junior Controller to report to the Finance Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities

  •  Oversee the accounting done by a service provider  
  •  Review the financial statements and prepare annual reports  
  •  Process accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting
  •  Monitor service providers on documentation, reporting and accounting aspects
  •  Involved in preparation of the budget and forecast as well as cash planning and regulatory reporting
  •  Prepare monthly reports for the management
  •  Liaisons with the other departments and with the external auditor
  •  Ad-hoc projects as assigned or needed


  •  University degree in finance or accounting       
  •  Al least 3 years previous experience in Big 4, in a service provider or related positions
  •  Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
  •  Exposure to consolidation would be a plus
  •  Strong communication in English (both written and verbal), any other language is an asset
  •  Team player with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
  •  Autonomous with very good organization and communication skills
  •  Proactive, able to identify and solve issues
