About the company

They have over 25 years of extensive experience in dealing with banking software. They provide businesses with solutions, which allow them to stay ahead of the changing marketplace.

Tasks and responsibilities

  •           Manage the day to day activities of the Sales team and execute sales campaigns
  •           Manage Sales Executives by setting aims and objectives as well as sales strategies
  •           Manage and coordinate sales and marketing across Europe
  •           Define and implement broad sales strategies with senior management
  •           Build long term relationships with senior manager and officers within the financial sectors
  •           Recruit the best available sales people as well as manage costs aspects of sales
  •           Coordinating internal bid teams and executing sales strategy for each opportunity

Profile

  •           University degree in Business
  •           Fluent in English and French, other languages will be considered an advantage
  •           Good understanding of banking operations and IT processes
  •           Deep knowledge of Fintech, Banking, CoreBanking or E-payments
  •           Proven track of sales targets within the banking/ financial sector
  •           At least 10 years’ experience and 5 years of management experience
  •           Knowledge of the current industry and current trends
