Our client is an international Fiduciary, providing management, accounting, legal, compliance and administration services. Due to their current growth they are currently looking for the right candidate for an Administrative Assistant position in Luxembourg. Their clients are international investment companies and financial investors but also group companies and other service sectors. The ideal candidate should be well organised, adaptable, have a professional appearance and have similar previous experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and coordinating service providers
- Receptionist work including accurate messages taking
- Correspondence between clients and service providers in German and English
- Carrying out administrative duties in relation to data and document management
- Planning and screening post
- Organizing calls, meetings and arrangement for business trips of staff
- Previous experience in similar position
- Fluent in English, German and French
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
- Able to work within a team in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficient in MS office
