Our client, is a Human-sized Law Firm offering a friendly, international and positive working environment. The Law Firm is looking for an Administrative and Legal Assistant to strengthen its team. Tasks and responsibilities
As an Administrative & Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Reception and administrative related tasks:
- Welcoming and greeting clients, in person or over the phone
- Organising meetings and Business travels
- Managing administrative tasks (filing, scanning, mail management etc.)
Legal related tasks:
- Filing relevant corporate changes and updating RCS in a timely manner
- Ensuring execution of legal documentation
- Supporting the different departments with all their legal queries
Invoicing related tasks:
- Managing and overseeing payments
- Keeping updated all invoicing, payments files and databases
- Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in an administrative position in a Law Firm or in another Legal environment is mandatory
- Fluent in English and in French. German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Extraverted and dynamic person
