Our client, is a Human-sized Company offering a friendly, international and positive working environment. They are currently looking for a HR Assistant to strengthen their HR Department.
Tasks and responsibilities
As an HR Assistant you will provide extended support to the HR Department in various topics such as Recruitment, HR administration, career and development or special HR related projects.
You will be:
- Supporting HR activities and providing assistance to all administrative tasks related to HR matters (drafting contracts, posting job advertisement, organizing interviews, managing sicknesses and holidays, etc.)
- Updating HR databases
- Welcoming new employees and following the onboarding process
- Supporting in improving HR procedures
- Participating in HR related Project Management
- University Degree in Human Resources
- First successful experience in a general HR position
- Fluent in English and in French. German and/or Luxembourgish are considered as strong asset
- Good communication skills (written and speaking)
- Adaptable person, able to work and interact with professionals from different levels
- Good MS Office skills
