About the company

This international trust company has a global foot print and servicing international clients of which many banks, law firms and high network individuals. Besides corporate service they also have a broad range of fund services and other services for their clients. In Luxembourg the office is servicing international clients and funds. For the fund business they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager, which is a new role in the team. This person has a passion for networking and is not afraid to travel through Europe to represent the country and bring in new fund business.

About the job

- Developing and maintaining relationships with third parties in Europe to gain new business
- Implementing marketing strategies and helping with marketing materials for the Luxembourg office
- Building a network and strategy for new business including database and a prospect list
- Keeping up-to-date with new legislation, products and regulatory requirements
- Joying conferences and seminars for the fund industry to represent the company
- Organising client events and sponsoring for new and existing business

Requirements

- Master Degree in finance or legal
- Good track-record in the business development of fund services
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg financial service market including corporate and investment funds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience with international networking and negotiation
- Good project, organisation and time management skills
