Our client, a global player for asset servicing solutions, is currently looking for a Senior Transfer Agent in Dealing. They provide fiduciary and banking services for private and institutional clients. Our client is looking for someone to integrate their Dealing team. If you have a good understanding of the financial market and effective risk assessment knowledge, if you are open-minded, dynamic and client oriented, this opportunity could be a good fit for you!
About the job
- Maintaining the contact with the investors and ensure quality services in relation with their requests on the dealing, payments and reconciliation
- Performing checks on a daily basis and respecting the deadlines
- Preparing on a daily basis cash reports and prediction reports
- Updating procedures related to the change control process
- Respecting the internal and external regulations
- Maintaining a close relationship with internal departments and clients
- Working closely with internal departments for various projects
- Proving a strong knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the ability to answer to the client’s queries
- Ensuring KPIs are achieved
Requirements
- University degree in Finance
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
- At least three strong years’ experience in a similar position in transfer agency
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Client-oriented
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Good IT skills (MS Office and Essential)
- Strong background of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment
- Ability to work under pressure
