About the company

Our client, a global player for asset servicing solutions, is currently looking for a Fund Service Manager for the Product Control team, who will contribute to validation of traditional and special investments funds in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This company serves independent wealth funds, UNHNW individuals and corporations proposing innovative tailored investment and business support solutions. Tasks and responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for clients and expert on service queries
  • Communicating with operational teams and third parties with regard to NAV validation and investment compliance
  • Checking legal documentation, including memorandums and agreements between parties
  • Coordinating clients queries and due diligence questionnaires
  • Providing support to clients for developing self-service opportunities
  • Consulting clients on services delivered by the team, e.g. fund accounting, pricing, trade processing
  • Reporting on escalation issues and progress updates for the client to Senior Management 
  • Contributing to improvement of client services, identifying gaps

Profile

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least three years of experience in fund industry, ideally with UCITS and SIFs 
  • Knowledge of fund accounting and local legal regulations applicable to investment funds
  • Computer proficiency, MS Excel in particular
  • Fluency in English and French, German will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to stick to deadlines and commitment to deliver high-quality service
  • Ability to contribute to a team work while performing your tasks autonomously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
