About the company

Tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationship with clients and shareholders
- Review and supervise administrators to ensure timely processing in line with company requirements
- Act as a main point of contact for clients in any standard legal agreements
- Motivate and ensure that all tasks are met by your team ensuring high quality service is provided
- Answer to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner
- Develop and implement procedures for Investor Services Department
- Participate in project work ensuring deadlines are met as well as manage and coordinate documents
- Previous experience in similar role within finance environment
- Degree in Business or similar fields
- Deadline orientated
- Fluent in English, any other Language is an asset
- Show initiative and enthusiasm and take ownership of challenges
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive with a structured and determined approach to work
